Go Green Baby Co. is pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Bank Cards and Paypal. All payments are processed through Paypal but you do NOT need to have an acccount set up with Paypal to make a payment. All methods of payment through Paypal are absolutely secure.
 
Shipping Options
 
We are happy to offer several different methods of shipping our products to you!
 
We offer services through the United States Postal Service & UPS.
 
We ship First Class, Priority, Express & Parcel Post through USPS.
 
We ship Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight through UPS.
 
We insure every package through a trusted insurance company, DSI. For your protection, any orders over $249 are shipped with signature required.
 
We suggest that if you live in Hawaii or Alaska that you choose Priority shipping. In our experience, while a little bit less expensive, Parcel Post does take almost 4-6 weeks to reach those locations.
 
If you live in the local Salisbury, MD area (or Eastern Shore) and would prefer to save on shipping, we can make arrangements for local pick up until our brick & mortar store is open. Please send us an email or give us a call.
 
Our customary lead time on getting orders shipped is within 3 business days (usually much less). It should take 3 business days plus shipping time to arrive to you. If your order was paid with an electronic check, we will hold the order until the check has cleared (usually 4-5 business days).

You will receive a shipping notification email to the email provided in your order with tracking information.
 
We do ship internationally! Please check our drop down menu box at checkout to check and see if your country is on the list. If it's not, please let us know - we'd still like to ship to you!
 
Orders placed using Free Shipping offers made by Go Green Baby Co. will be shipped the most economical way possible. Free Shipping applies to domestic orders only. International orders will receive a $5.00 credit towards shipping. Since our shopping cart cannot differentiate between Domestic & International orders for free shipping, if you qualify for free shipping and are International - you will be invoiced separately for the actual shipping charges less the $5.00 discount via PayPal.
 
Please note that if you return all or part of an order (that would reduce the original order total under $99) that qualified for free shipping, the actual original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
 
We do try our best to use recycled packaging, so once in a while you may receive a box that is marked with another company's information/logos. We do our best to cover them or cross them out, but we feel it is best for our environment to recycle as much as we can. We also use minimal if any inside stuffing (peanuts, shredded paper, etc) - unless of course, your items(s) are at risk during shipment. We're sure you understand!

Returns/Exchanges
 
Due to the nature of most of our products, items must be unused, unwashed, in new condition and in new packaging (if applicable) when returned. Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
 
Please do not ship the item back without a Return Merchandise Authorization number. You can email Jamie@gogreenbabyshop.com or call 877-892-8177 to obtain this number and the return address.
 
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
 
We do not refund or credit original shipping & handling fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless it is a defective or damaged item.
 
We recommend you ship the return with delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.
 
We do our absolute best to make sure items leave our hands in perfect condition, but if the return is due to our error, we apologize! Please request an RMA number and let us know how we can correct the problem.
 
Order Changes/Cancellations
 
We want to make sure your experience with Go Green Baby Co. is a great one, so if you need to change anything on your order, please give us a call or email us as soon as possible after your order is placed. Provided your order has not shipped, we will make the adjustment.
 
We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your order. Only orders that have not shipped may be cancelled. Please email us immediately with your cancellation request, order number and reason for cancellation. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will promptly refund your payment.
 
Coupons
 
From time to time we may offer coupon codes to be used towards your purchase. You can obtain these codes by joining our newsletter. Items that will always be excluded from the coupons are:  Mothering Magazine subscriptions & BumGenius 3.0 One Size Diapers. If a discount has been applied to an item not eligible for a discount, you will be contacted before your order ships for payment. Thank you for your understanding.
 
Contests/Giveaways
 
Prizes & Giveaways are limited to one per customer per contest/giveaway. Prizes and giveaways are limited based on availability and color/size. Prizes will be selected by Go Green Baby Co. and Go Green Baby Co. will be responsible for shipping costs associated with prize delivery. Contests are open only to residents of the US.
 
Security/Privacy
 
The security and confidentiality of your payment and personal information is of the utmost importance to Go Green Baby Co. It is for this reason that we exclusively use PayPal to process all credit card information. We never see your payment details and Paypal is one of the safest methods of payment online.
 
Your name, address, phone number and e-mail are used exclusively by Go Green Baby Co. business and will never be given or sold to anyone.
